Using Noviopus Business
General
1.Noviopus develops the next generation for recruitment and job finding systems. We implement Machine Learning and Text Analytics technologies for the HR market making the process much more efficient and simple. 2.Achieve perfect match and recommendation to connect between recruiters and job seekers. Our goal is to help job seekers and recruiters find each other with a perfect match and simplicity.
Create new account
1.To create a Noviopus account: 2.Go to business.noviopus.com/signup and click Create an account. 3.Enter your name, Email and password. 4.Approve the marketing, terms of use and privacy checkboxes. 5.Click Sign Up. 6.To finish creating your account, you need to confirm your email address.
Email confirmation
1.To finish creating an account, you need to confirm your email address. 2.To confirm your email, click the link in the email you got when you created the account. Learn what to do if you can't find the email.
Issues with confirmation email
1.If you can’t find the confirmation email, you should check if it got to another email folder than the Inbox (Promotion, Social or Updates), or it might even get into the Spam folder. 2.Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the mail to arrive, wait a bit to see if that is the case. 3.If you still haven't got the email confirmation, you can resend it by clicking at the bottom of the Check your email page on the link Send again.
Sign in
1.o sign in to your Noviopus account. 2.Go to http://business.noviopus.com and enter your email address and password. 3.Approve the marketing, terms of use and privacy checkboxes. 4.Click Sign in
Reset password
1. In case you forgot your password, we can help you. 2. Go to the https://business.noviopus.com/reset. Or you can click on the “Forgot password? Recovery” link in the Sign in page. 3. In the recovery page enter your Email address and click Reset password. 4. Click on Reset my password button in the mail that was sent to your email address. 5. Enter a new password and confirm it and click save password.
Log out
You can log out of the account by clicking on your avatar in the header and select in the menu Log out.
Account Type
1. Right after you register to Noviopus Business you are required to set your account type. 2. There are 3 types of accounts: - Hiring Company - HR Agency - Education Institute 3. Hiring Company Hiring company account is for a company that is using Noviopus Business for: - Its own staff hiring needs. - Managing the company Noviopus Career pages.
HR Agency
HR Agency account is for a company that is using Noviopus Business as an agency representing others for their hiring needs.
Education Institute
Education Institute account is for an education institute which is using Noviopus Business for: 1. Its own staff hiring needs. 2. Managing the institute Noviopus Career pages.
Homepage
1. The home page gives an overview of all the company's recruitment processes 2. Each company box provides the overview data regarding: 1. Open tasks of each company 2. Active ads of each company 3. New candidates - shows new recent candidates that hasn’t started the recruitment process 3. Clicking on a Company title links to that company’s Overview page. 4. At the bottom of the page there is the “What’s New” section which summarizes all the open task’s of all the companies, enabling you to add a job and to add a new candidate.
Create new company
1. Use one of the following ways to create a new company: 1. In the page header click on the green plus “+”icon (profile avatar icon) and choose “Add New Company”. 2. In the left side of the header there is the companies drop down selector, click on the company's dropdown and choose “Add New Company”. 3. (Multi companies account) From the side menu go to “Overview” and click on the “+” icon, below the header. 4. (Multi companies account) From the side menu go to “Companies” and click on “Add New Company” in the upper right corner. 2. The company profile has several parts: 1. Company Data 2. Company Media 3. Edit Company
1. To edit a company, click in the side menu on Company. 2. (Multi companies account) In the left side of the header there is companies drop down selector, in it you can search for a specific company using the Search Companies field or click All companies to view all the companies. 3. (Multi companies account) click in the side menu on Companies side menu, select the company you want to edit. 4. In the company page, select the company tab you want to edit: 1. Company Data 2. Company Media 3. Company Workplace 5. Edit your changes. 6. Click on Save changes.
Company status
Change the status from “Running” to “Paused” and vice versa.
Company Data
The Company Data is where you set your company information: 1. Company name 2. Year founded 3. No. Employees 4. Industry 5. Company address 6. Company description 7. Phone number 8. Website
Company Media
1. The Company Media is where you upload your company media: 1. Company Logo 2. Company Header image 3. Albums (image/video albums) 2. Company Logo 1. The company logo is displayed in the company pages and posts across Noviopus Business and Career pages. 2. To upload your company logo, click on the Upload Logo and upload the company logo image. 3. Company Header image 1. The company Header image is displayed in the company pages in Noviopus Career. 2. To upload your company header image, click on the Upload Header and upload the company header image. 4. Albums (image/video albums) 1. The company albums are displayed in the company pages and posts in Noviopus Career. 5. Company album 1. The Company album is the default album that is used for the company about page. 2. You can edit the Company album name. 3. You can edit the Company album date. 4. You can add the Company album description. 5. To upload videos/images to the company album, click on the Company Album and drag and drop videos/images or click anywhere in the popup + to upload videos/images from your computer. 6. Click on Save to save the album and its videos/images. 6. Create new album 1. To create a new album, click on the Create album. 2. You can edit the album name. 3. You can edit the album date. 4. You can add the album description. 5. To upload videos/images to the album, click on the [Album name] and drag and drop videos/images or click anywhere in the popup + to upload videos/images from your computer. 6. Click on Save to save the album and its videos/images. 7. Edit an album 1. Open the album by clicking on it. 2. You can edit the album name. 3. You can edit the album date. 4. You can edit the album description. 5. Add/delete video/images 6. Click on Save to save your changes. 8. Set album cover image 1. Open the album by clicking on it. 2. Open the video/image you want to set as cover by clicking on it. 3. To set the video/image as album cover click on the 3 dots menu in the top right corner, and select Set Album Cover. 4. Click on Save to save the album and its videos/images. 9. Move media 1. You can move your media between albums. 2. Open the album by clicking on it. 3. Open the video/image you want to move by clicking on it. 4. To move the video/image click on the 3 dots menu in the top right corner, and select Move to Album. 5. Select the album name you want to move to. 6. Click on Save to save the album and its videos/images. 10. Delete a video/image 1. Open the album by clicking on it. 2. Open the video/image you want to delete by clicking on it. 3. To delete the video/image click on the 3 dots menu in the top right corner, and select Delete. 11. Delete an album 1. Open the album by clicking on it. 2. To delete an album click on the 3 dots menu in the top right corner, and select Delete

Create new job
1. Use one of the following, to create a new job: 1. From the side menu go to Jobs and click on the Add new Job icon, below the header. 2. Hiring workflow
1. Hiring workflow helps to manage the recruitment process, dividing the recruitment process to stages. 2. Using the hiring workflow, assign different team members in your organization to participants in the recruitment process per stage. 3. The recruitment process usually consists of several steps, each company configures the recruitment process per its needs and per the job position needs. All the recruitment steps are referred to as the hiring workflow. The hiring workflow consists of stages which are the steps of the recruitment process the candidates move through. 4. Assigning team members to different stages in the recruitment process, helps to manage and utilize the hiring workflow, so each team member performs the action under his assigned stage/s, and thereafter transfers the candidate to the next team member in the hiring workflow. 5. Each company can customize its own hiring workflows per its needs. 6. The system automatically creates for each hiring stage a task that the team member of that stage is assigned to, and he is notified and checked that the task is completed in the timeframe needed. 7. Job Candidates
1. The Job Candidates is the job page that displays the job hiring board with the job’s candidates. 2. In the hiring board page, each candidate gets an automatic matching score number between 0.0 - 10.0. Each candidate card has a score number in the right upper corner of the card. 3. To view a candidate, click on the candidate card. 4. Drag and drop the candidate in the hiring board to any stage or click on the thumb up on the candidate’s card or in the candidate’s page to move to the next stage. 5. Click on the thumb down icon in the hiring board or in the candidate’s page.
Candidate profile
1. Each candidate has a page with his profile. 2. A candidate is related to a specific job or to the candidates page. 3. You can get to the candidate’s page by clicking on the candidate card in the job hiring board, or by clicking on the candidate in the candidates page. 4. Each candidate page displays: 1. Ad Campaigns
The Ad Campaign displays the analytics data regarding the performance of the job campaigns.

Settings
You can get to the account settings by clicking on your avatar in the header and select in the menu any of the settings options.
My profile
1. Profile status sets your status as: 1. Working 2. Paused 2. Profile Data displays and edit your profile data: 1. Profile avatar image 2. Name 3. Role 4. Email 5. Phone 6. Location 3. Email Notifications edit the user notifications settings.
Team
1. Team members display all the account team members: 1. Name 2. Status 3. Permission level 4. Companies 5. Jobs 6. Date joined 2. Add Team members - allow you to invite new team members by Email and set their permission level. 3. Edit team members - by clicking on the team member name or in the menu next to each team member, you can edit the user. 4. Delete Team member - by clicking on the menu next to each team member, you can delete the user from the account. 5. Change team member passwords - by clicking on the menu next to each team member, you can change the team member password. 6. User status allows you to set the team member status as: 1. Working 2. Paused 7. User data displays and edit the team member data: 1. Profile avatar image 2. Name 3. Role 4. Email 5. Phone 6. Location 7. Assigned Companies 8. Assigned jobs let you assign or remove team members to/from jobs in the account.
Account
1. Account status let you set the account status: 1. Active 2. Paused 2. Account Information let you edit the account data: 1. Account name 2. Account mail 3. VAT / Company ID 4. Billing address 5. Account type 3. Account Contact let you edit the account contact data: 1. Contact Name 2. Contact Role 3. Contact Email 4. Contact Phone 4. Delete account - you can delete the account by clicking on the Account Information menu and selecting Delete account. Deleting the account will delete the account and all its data including company, jobs, candidates and all their information. Account deletion cannot be restored.
Billing & Payments
1. Transactions list displays all the account transactions by: Date or Amount. 2. View the transaction invoice by clicking next to the transaction on view. 3. Download an invoice by clicking next to the transaction on download 4. Downloading all invoices allows you to download all the account invoices. 5. Billing Data displays the account billing data: 1. Usage progress bar displays the budget used for the current billing period. 2. Used percentage 3. Payment threshold 4. Usage bill displays the account bills accrue for the current billing period. 5. Plan 6. Account Monthly Budget 6. Account budget can be edited by clicking on the Billing data menu and selecting Edit Account Budget. 7. Payment methods display the added payment methods. 8. Add a credit card allows you to add a primary or backup payment method.
