How to create a new account?
1. To create a Noviopus account: 2. Go to http://business.noviopus.com/signup and click Create an account. 3. Enter your name, Email and password. 4. Approve the marketing, terms of use and privacy checkboxes. 5. Click Sign Up. 6. To finish creating your account, you need to confirm your email address.
How to confirm my Email?
1. To finish creating an account, you need to confirm your email address. 2. To confirm your email, click the link in the email you got when you created the account. Learn what to do if you can't find the email.
What to do if I don’t find the confirmation email?
1. If you can’t find the confirmation email, you should check if it got to another email folder than the Inbox (Promotion, Social or Updates), or it might even get into the Spam folder. 2. Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the mail to arrive, wait a bit to see if that is the case. 3. If you still haven't got the email confirmation, you can resend it by clicking at the bottom of the Check your email page on the link Send again.

How to reset password?
1. In case you forgot your password, we can help you. 2. Go to the [Reset password](https://business.noviopus.com/reset). Or you can click on the “Forgot password? Recovery” link in the Sign in page. 3. In the recovery page enter your Email address and click Reset password. 4. Click on Reset my password button in the mail that was sent to your email address. 5. Enter a new password and confirm it and click save password.
How to create a company?
1. Use one of the following ways to create a new company: a. In the page header click on the green plus “+”icon (profile avatar icon) and choose “Add New Company”. b. In the left side of the header there is the companies drop down selector, click on the company's dropdown and choose “Add New Company”. c. (Multi companies account) From the side menu go to “Overview” and click on the “+” icon, below the header. d. How to create a job?
1. Use one of the following, to create a new job: a. From the side menu go to Jobs and click on the Add new Job icon, below the header. b. How to manage a job hiring?
1. The Job Candidates is the job page that displays the job hiring board with the job’s candidates. 2. In the hiring board page, each candidate gets an automatic matching score number between 0.0 - 10.0. Each candidate card has a score number in the right upper corner of the card. 3. To view a candidate, click on the candidate card. 4. Drag and drop the candidate in the hiring board to any stage or click on the thumb up on the candidate’s card or in the candidate’s page to move the candidate to the next stage. 5. Click on the thumb down icon in the hiring board or in the candidate’s page to disqualify a candidate.
How to edit the account settings?
1. You can get to the account settings by clicking on your avatar in the header and select in the menu any of the settings options: a. My profile b. Team c. Account d. Billing & Payments e. Plans f. Language
How to change my password?
1. You can get to the account settings by clicking on your avatar in the header and select in the menu My profile 2. In the Profile Data section click on the menu and select Change password.
How to change the site language?
1. You can get to the account settings by clicking on your avatar in the header and select in the menu My profile. 2. Select your language in the language selector.
How to suspend my account?
1. You can get to the account settings by clicking on your avatar in the header and select in the menu Account. 2. Change the account status to Paused.
How to delete my account?
1. You can get to the account settings by clicking on your avatar in the header and select in the menu Account. 2. In the Account Information section click on the menu and select Delete Account.
